Commissions are made at our family-run stone workshop in China and dispatched from China. Delivery to the UK is planned and quoted for each project.

A commission should move through explicit inputs, outputs and approvals. The sequence is a proposed control model, not a claim about current service capacity or timing.

A proposed route covering scale, stone, method, piece division, responsibilities, exclusions and information still required.

An itemised proposal for the agreed design work, material, making, approvals, packing and delivery services.

The versioned drawing, visual, sample, block photography or maquette included in the agreed scope, plus a decision record.

Making and milestone records
CNC and hand-work stages described for the piece, with progress evidence at the milestones listed in the quotation.
Programme boundary
Design approval, material availability, production, pre-dispatch inspection, freight, customs and final-mile access are separate dependencies. No universal duration is published.

A screen colour or generic stone family cannot establish source, variation, external performance or care. Selection must begin with the setting and end with traceable project evidence.
