Projects and production records

Proof is a continuous project record

A project page should show how comparable constraints were resolved. It must not turn an attractive image, workshop sample or visualisation into an implied completed case.
No client, project location, completed installation, result, quotation or testimonial has been supplied or approved for public use.
Evidence gate active

No approved case studies

This route remains useful as a clear statement of what is missing. It does not fill the evidence gap with invented estate, hospitality, designer or client stories.

Review the work record standard

Publication gate

Three tests for every future project

A production record may publish before an installation case only if it is labelled accurately and still provides a substantive, authorised chain of evidence.
01

A real commission and specific permission

A future case study must be based on an actual record, with approval for every name, location detail, image, drawing and quotation used.

02

A connected project record

The brief, material, approvals, making, inspection and delivery scope must connect without invented decisions or missing labels.

03

An outcome that can be checked

The finished status and result must be evidenced and described within the agreed disclosure. No invented praise, client logo or implied installation.

Case-study anatomy

What a future record must explain

  1. 01

    The brief

The intended setting, design requirements and practical constraints.

  2. 02

    The response

Material, dimensions, approvals and project-specific technical decisions.

  3. 03

    How it was made

Actual machine and hand stages, named only where records support them.

  4. 04

    Delivery boundary

Packing, freight, importer, unloading and installation responsibilities.

  5. 05

    The outcome

A verifiable result, with approved disclosure and no anonymous invented praise.

Next step

Discuss the project in front of you

Until comparable project evidence exists, begin with your own setting, constraints and decision stage rather than a fictional precedent.

An enquiry is not an order. Feasibility, scope, price, programme and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before either party makes a commercial commitment.
