Delivery, import responsibilities, unloading, installation boundaries, inspection and care must be readable before an enquiry, not sent only after purchase.
Requires approved Incoterms and named-place practice, tax and duty wording, installation scope and a claims procedure.

Required content

The responsibilities a delivery page must set out

No default DAP, DPU or DDP position, transit time, tariff treatment or breakage guarantee is presented. Each is confirmed per project in writing.

Quotation layers

Making, packing, freight, import charges and site services must be identified separately.

Trade term and named place

No default DAP, DPU or DDP position has been approved.

Importer and tax

The quotation must identify the importer of record and who handles duty, import VAT and brokerage.

Unloading and installation

Vehicle access, unloading, lifting, foundations, fixings and installation responsibilities remain project-specific.

Arrival inspection

A safe evidence and escalation process is required; consumer statutory rights must not be shortened.

Care and claims

Stone-specific care and any contractual remedy must be provided in approved, durable terms.
